施工工艺

1、喷涂前应经过酸洗、磷化、熔化或经过喷砂处理，表面无油及其他污染物。

2、粉末涂料应严格按批次顺序使用，不同批次或不同厂家产品不能混用。

3、压缩空气应无油、无水，经常检查油水分离器的工作状况。

4、工件夹持应适当与接地传送部分保持良好的连接，工夹具应定期清洗，以保证良好地接地。

5、烘炉的性能要稳定，为了减少色差，烘箱内都的温差不得大于5℃,以达到正确固化涂层之条件。

注意事项

1、远离火源，避免日光直射，应置于通风良好、温度在35℃以下场所；

2、避免存放在易受水、有机溶剂、油和其他材料污染的场所；

3、粉未涂料用后勿随意暴露在空气中，应随时加盖或匝紧口袋避免杂物混入；

4、免皮肤的长期接触，附着于皮肤的粉末应用肥皂水冲洗干净，切勿使用溶剂；

5、涂装作业使用设备均要完好的地消除静电;

6、避免涂装机无端放电现象；

7、喷粉室内，浮游粉尘的浓度尽量控制在安全浓度以下，避免粉尘着火爆炸的危险。
