性状

本品为白色或浅黄色粉末，无臭，但有苦味，比重1.42±0.2溶于乙醇、丙酮和酸乙脂，难溶于石油醚、二氯甲烷，不溶于甲氯化碳、苯及水中，贮存安定性良好，为不污染的第二防老剂。

用途

本品用作天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶及胶乳的抗氧剂，也可用于聚乙烯。对氧、天候老化及静态老化等具有防护效能，也能较有效地防护铜害和克服制品硫化时过硫引起的不良作用。本品可单独使用，也可与其他防老剂（如dnp、ap及其他非污染性防老剂）并用，或获得明显的协同效果。本品在橡胶中易分散，在日光下不变色，略有污染性。单独使用时用量一般为1-1.5份，当用量超过2份时，会产生喷霜现象。在乳胶泡沫橡胶中的用量为0.5份。因本品有苦味，不宜用于食品接触的橡胶制品中，2-巯基苯并咪唑在医药上是一种新抗麻风药，毒性比砜类药物低，而疗效也低，可产生耐药性，无蓄积作用。可用于不适用砜类药物的患者。

包装运输与贮存

· 25kg塑编袋、纸塑重合袋、牛皮纸袋。

· 运输途中应小心轻放，避免日晒雨淋。

· 应贮存在阴凉干燥、通风良好的地方。包装好的产品应避免阳光直射，有效期2年。

· 本公司销售的所有产品不可用于人类货动物的临床诊断或治疗，非药用，非食用。

Properties

This product is white or light yellow powder, odorless, but bitter, specific gravity 1.42± 0.2 Soluble in ethanol, acetone and ethyl acid, insoluble in petroleum ether, dichloromethane, insoluble in methyl chloride, benzene and water, storage stability is good, as a non-polluting second antioxidant.

Uses

This product is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber and latex, and can also be used for polyethylene. It has protective effects on oxygen, weather aging and static aging, and can also effectively protect copper damage and overcome the adverse effects caused by over-sulfur during vulcanization. This product can be used alone, can also be used with other antioxidant (such as dnp, ap and other non-polluting antioxidant), or to obtain obvious synergistic effect. This product is easily dispersed in rubber, does not change color in sunlight, and is slightly polluting. When used alone, the amount is generally 1-1.5 parts, and when the amount is more than 2 parts, it will produce frost spraying phenomenon. The amount used in latex foam rubber is 0.5 parts. Due to the bitter taste of this product, it is not suitable for food contact rubber products, 2-merhydryl benzimidazole is a new anti-leprosy drug in medicine, toxicity is lower than sulfone drugs, and the efficacy is low, can produce resistance, no accumulation. It can be used in patients who do not apply sulfone drugs.

Packaging, transportation and storage

· 25kg plastic woven bag, paper plastic overlapping bag, kraft paper bag.

· Transport should be carefully handled to avoid the sun and rain.

· Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be kept out of direct sunlight and are valid for 2 years.
