性状

灰白色粉末，无臭，但有苦味，溶于乙醇、丙酮和乙酸乙酯，难溶于石油醚、二氯甲烷，不溶于四氯化碳苯及水中。贮存安定性良好，为不污染的第二防老剂。

用途

本品可用于天然及合成橡胶，与其他防老剂并用有协同作用，应用于无硫硫化时，能得到良好的耐热性，也可用作氯丁胶硫化促进剂及胶料的热敏剂。同时本产品不仅可用于白色及浅色制品，也可用于所有的橡胶产品，但不适用于食品加工。

包装运输与贮存

· 25kg塑编袋、纸塑重合袋、牛皮纸袋。

· 运输途中应小心轻放，避免日晒雨淋。

· 应贮存在阴凉干燥、通风良好的地方。包装好的产品应避免阳光直射，有效期2年。

· 本公司销售的所有产品不可用于人类货动物的临床诊断或治疗，非药用，非食用。

Properties

Off-white powder, odorless, but bitter, soluble in ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate, insoluble in petroleum ether, dichloromethane, insoluble in carbon benzene tetrachloride and water. It has good storage stability and is the second antioxidant without pollution.

Uses

This product can be used for natural and synthetic rubber, and has synergistic effect with other antioxidant, when applied to sulfur-free vulcanization, can get good heat resistance, also can be used as a chloroprene vulcanization accelerator and thermal sensitive agent of rubber compound. At the same time, this product can not only be used for white and light-colored products, but also can be used for all rubber products, but not suitable for food processing.

Packaging, transportation and storage

· 25kg plastic woven bag, paper plastic overlapping bag, kraft paper bag.

· Transport should be carefully handled to avoid the sun and rain.

· Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The packaged products should be kept out of direct sunlight and are valid for 2 years.

· All products sold by the company shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment of human or animal products, non-medicinal, non-edible.
