Product Applications

Difluoromethane is an ozone-depletion-free refrigerant, commonly used as a refrigerant and dry etching agent. It forms an azeotropic mixture with pentafluoroethane, known as R-410A. Serving as a replacement for CFCs (Freon) in new cooling systems, it is mainly used to substitute HCFC-22 as a blended medium-and-low temperature mixed refrigerant.
