氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠(国内简称OBS)具有较低的表面张力和临界胶束浓度,耐化学药品性能优良,在强酸强碱中依然能保持很好的表面活性。它是一种阴离子型含氟表面活性剂,根据其性价比高,表面活性高,憎水憎油性能优异等特点,广泛用于洗涤剂,胶乳,涂料、颜料添加剂,乳化剂,分散剂,润湿剂,氟蛋白灭火剂,石油驱剂、集油剂,起泡剂,防静电剂,润滑添加剂,铬雾抑制剂,金属、塑料蚀刻添加剂,流平剂,脱模剂,纸张防油处理剂等领域,以达到改进生产工艺条件、提高产品质量档次、增加产量、降低消耗、节约能源、改善生产环境、提高生产效率等。
1、高效氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂
向蛋白泡沫液中加入OBS-异丙醇-水溶液(比例约为4:3:3)制成高效氟蛋白泡沫灭火剂(含OBS约0.015W%),同时可选用烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸钠等碳氢表面活性剂与之互配。由于氟表面活性剂优异的表面性能,能够迅速形成稳定的泡沫在油面上铺展开来,灭火速度是普通蛋白灭火剂的3~4倍。适用于油库、油罐等液下喷射型灭火装置(并可用于普通蛋白泡沫消防设备),100M3油罐灭火试验表明,当灭火剂供应强度控制在9~10立升/m2·分时,油罐灭火时间低于3分钟。OBS还可与干粉灭火剂联用,灭火效果良好,非常适合扑灭由油类形成的火灾,成为油田、油库、交通运输部门燃料库(如加油站),化工厂等安全生产所必备。另外,在普通抗溶泡沫灭火剂添加OBS后,制得氟蛋白抗溶泡沫灭火剂,能够显著提高泡沫的耐液性和耐热性,非常适合扑灭醇类和酮类等水溶性液体的火灾。
2、石油开采
OBS在石油开采中用于二次、三次采油,是生产采油助排剂的一种主要原料,可以降低压裂液的表面张力或油水界面张力,具有溶蜡降粘、高效发泡助排等优点。OBS因为具有更高的表面活性,可以显著降低原油与驱油体系间的油水界面张力,使原油从岩层和油砂上脱离出来,与采油助排体系一起被水压到地面,提高采油的效率和产量。并且OBS与普通碳氢表面活性剂能够很好的复配使用,能够起到减低成本和提高效益的作用。一般用量为0.3%左右。
3、钢板清洗
在对钢板作清洗用的水基型清洗剂中加入适量的OBS,就能明显的增强去污能力,提高实际工作效率,同时不易被残留的水份腐蚀生锈。
4、感光胶片
作为抗静电剂混溶于相关溶液内涂在胶片的片基上,解决了胶片生产过程中因片基的高速转动摩擦而产生的静电火花的可能,保证了胶片生产过程中的产品质量。同时可显著增强其它成分在片基上的分散速度和分散效果。使用OBS可以在感光胶片中减少有害杂质,使感光胶乳流平剂用量降低到原用量的1/40,流平效果更佳。
5、印刷
普通油墨在塑料薄膜和表面经过处理的光滑纸张上进行印刷和书写时往往碰到缺色、断线、难上色彩或油墨附着性差,涂液出现鱼鳞状现象,在其中添加适量的OBS(一般为0.01%-0.1%)后,能显著提高油墨的流平性、辅展性和润滑性,并降低了油墨的表面张力,提高了它的粘附性,帮助其形成良好的涂膜层,并可消除油墨的严重粘辊现象,改进颜料润湿性等。如OBS加入GG透明黄颜料(用量约0.067W%),显著改善了颜料对油类的润湿性能,并使颜料粒子变软,大大提高了轧墨作业性能,解决了使用TX-10乳化剂时无法解决的咬辊问题。
6、其它用途
造纸:在石腊—松香—水体系中添加OBS含氟表面活性剂,可以方便地制得质量高,稳定性好的石腊—松香—水分散液。
电镀:保持被涂制件表面清净是取得高质量电镀层的先决条件,特别是铜制品的无氰电镀。在被镀制品的洗涤液中加入约0.3%的OBS,可获得满意的洗涤效果,能够显著减少铬雾挥发。
浸渍、涂层:在聚四氟乙烯或氟塑料FEP(F46)的浓缩分散液中加入OBS(作为分散剂),可使分散液获得更好的湿润性能,从而制得各种满意的浸渍玻璃纤维制品和光洁的金属表面涂层。
